In-house Surveyor
We have our own in-house surveyor and loss adjuster who has 15 years
experience in building and insurance matters.
Digital Photography
 With
each and every client, large or small our in house "Surveyor/Loss Adjuster"
visits each site, following pre-arranged appointment - this is of particular
benefit to our elderly clients, giving peace of mind with named visitor -
and undertakes to transcribe a full report on the nature of the claim, the
style and condition of the property and the nature of the claim, valid or
otherwise.
With our report, we attach a 'digital gallery' which enables your claim
handler to view the claim without the need to attend the site - should we
consider your attendance on the site to be essential we will notify you.

We are approved panellists for many Loss Adjusting Organisations and
Insurance Companies.
Full CDM Implementation
This covers all legal requirements and is issued, monitored and
controlled by our office team who are fully associated with its
implications.
