With each and every claim, large or small our in house surveyors visit site, following pre-arranged appointments (this is of particular benefit to elderly clients), giving peace of mind with named visitors - and undertakes to transcribe a full report on the nature of the claim.

Along with our report, we attach a "digital gallery" which enables you to view the claim without necessarily having to attend site.

We benefit from our longest serving surveyor Steve Hurst who has over 15 years direct experience as a Loss Adjuster and over 20 years experience in the Insurance market. We can make judgements, where necessary, to assess whether a claim is through valid peril or that the presiding factor is wear and tear.

We liaise with all clients, where applicable through 2 contracts managers; Colin McMahon and Grahame Shaw. We also benefit from our project consultant, Peter Lane to co-ordinate all our CDM and contract liabilities on Major Loss Claims.

Our capabilities enable us to cover contracts of all sizes. We have undertaken claims from £250 to £400,000, project managed work over £1m, all provided with the same level of "service". Hawthorn Estates offers the versatility of managing varying sized claims from start to resolution.

We currently service clients who wish us to operate under delegated authority, we are able to provide this service if required.
