Colin McMahon
Contracts Manager

Colin has over 20 years building experience, joining the Company over 10 years ago as a time served joiner. Colin progressed into Contracts Managing and successfully managed over 30 full restorations following the Hull floods in 2007.

Anne-Louise Abram
Claims Co-ordinator

Anne's administration and co-ordination skills ensure claims are handled with both diplomacy and efficiency. Anne works hand in hand with our Contracts Managers to ensure Policy Holders are offered a "quality service".

Surveyors

Steve Hurst has over 15 years experience as a Loss Adjuster and has worked in the Insurance field for over 20 years. Andrew Greer is a value added member to our team; Andrew has recently attained IICRC accreditation. Both our surveyors are highly experienced in the field of subsidence following extensive training from Thor helical.

Scheduling Department

Our scheduling team are fully trained in the intracies of the "Schedule of Rates" and are able to adapt to utilising different scheduling systems that our client base require.
