Our project process is designed to ensure that the customer is clear on timescales and provide clarity regarding the approved scope of works.
Each policyholder is assigned a dedicated Contracts Manager and Administrator to ensure continuity and quality of service. The assigned Contracts Manager will select the appropriate trades to meet the individual needs and requirements of each customer.
Once the claim has been authorised, we will provide an information pack to homeowners to clarify the claim process and explain our requirements. This source of information is essential in what can be a very traumatic and stressful time.
We have had some horrendous experiences with builders over the last couple of years, and to have people here that have done the job excellently and efficiently is a pleasant change. Your workmen have been polite and a pleasure to have around. So we just want to say a big thank you to all concerned for a job well done.
